HLT 002
Two tracks that see the family man from
a town called Leatherhead raise the bar even higher
to his already colorful repertoire. Terry's edge has
always been his ability to blur the line between what's
old and new. Moving forward into 2003 ...these two tracks
are no exception.
"Free" is a track we'd
like to hear more of these days with its
positive / introspective vocals effortlessly laced into
an irresistible,
decidedly Detroit feeling tech-house gem. Terry takes
things forward
using only the bare essentials to maximum effect.
If the Housey Doings jams of
old still make your backside move today,
you'll be pleased to hear what "Rosie and Hannah
House" has to offer.
Dubbed out "house-no" with fresh FX and some
sounds from home laced into the mix.
See why Mazi, Lee Burridge
and Denver's Casa Del Soul Records are calling
"Free" one of his all-time best, and
why with plays from DJ's like Mr. C to John
Digweed this record is doing what we hope for all
great dance music to do
cross those invisible lines
between genres!
