Sean Q6. Man of many faces. New
York's…New York. From his solo efforts on Viscous
Disc, works on Hallucination and Shaboom
as half of Second-Hand Satellites and his ever-controversial
editorials on xpander.nl
--- Sean's is a colorful existence indeed. His latest
adventure starts here…
"Out in the Shed" is a track
that was allegedly commissioned by the Tampa Bay Chamber
of Commerce. Originally intended to be used as the theme
song for Florida Highway Patrol after-parties it was
lost in a cruel bidding war to a video games manufacturer
whom prefers to remain anonymous, but demands that it
be stated their industry is healthy as ever.
This is a hi-fi recording for people
afflicted with cardiac passions. It was written proudly
in praise of all agreeable vices, yet still complies
with all known U.S. Rave Act requirements. Outgoing
in nature, it is best heard in the sun wearing SPF
33.3. It's proof that tech-house can be done so
you won't notice all the boring boys who like it ---
because the girls who do will be dancing in their way.
What this track lacks in irreverence it makes up for
in "stabs".
However you aquired this record...thank you.
Give something back to the world you (we) live in and play it loud.
We here at the Hallucination are trying to change the
world you hear, in a Limited way.
We would like to extend gracious thanks
to one Daum Bentley a.k.a. Freaky Chakra for
his excellent remix. Daum's contribution to electronic
music in the last ten years is likely deeper than your
knowledge of "West Coast House"…respectfully. Less talking.
More dancing. Brush twice to be sure.
